Disco Mandate

I was contacted by an old friend from the Cleveland goth scene who was looking for someone to design a record cover for their forthcoming album. Having been a DJ myself in that scene and an avid collector or records, I dug for inspiration from my collection as well as what I would envision seeing on a turn table in the clubs there.
